NBP Capital is a privately held commercial real estate fund with a focus on value-add, opportunistic investing on the West Coast. The controlling partners seek compelling, long-term investment opportunities with positive free cash flow in growing, urban markets. As capital is proprietary, investment decisions are made swiftly & decisively. The management team is actively involved in operations, asset management and closely monitors the daily performance of the portfolio. The fund is serviced by a host of in-house companies that allow for maximum efficiency, control & flexibility.

NBP Capital has an appraised market value of $500MM+. The portfolio has over three thousand apartments and one million square feet of commercial assets across fifty properties. The fund is invested across all sectors: multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, storage & retail.

As one of the most active buyers in the Pacific Northwest from 2009-2016, NBP Capital has fostered valuable relationships with lenders, developers, brokers & real estate funds. NBP Capital uses short-term, relationship-based capital sources to develop & reposition assets. Once assets are stabilized, the management team places long-term 10-20 year debt. The appraised market value of the fund maintains a 60/40 split between stabilized assets and development projects. This structure, coupled with a thoughtful, opportunist approach to investing allows the fund to grow organically, with a focus on long-term capital appreciation.
