Lauren Noecker Robert is the Managing Member & Co-Founder of NBP Capital LLC. Ms. Noecker founded the privately held commercial real estate fund and its affiliate, NFN Investments in 2009 with a focus on value-add, opportunistic, long-term investing. Over the past eight years, Ms. Noecker has managed the assembly and repositioning of a portfolio of investments in the multifamily, office, hospitality and commercial sectors in the Pacific Northwest. Ms. Noecker oversees acquisitions, asset management, financing & real estate development for the fund. Concurrently, Ms. Noecker built a portfolio of companies to service NBP Capital. These affiliates provide NBP Capital immense flexibility, operational efficiency & control of free cash flow.
Prior to forming NBP Capital, Ms. Noecker specialized in multi-family brokerage with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles where she closed more than $100 million in sales from 2005-2007 and received recognition of Outstanding Performance in Sales of Investment Real Estate.
Ms. Noecker received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A in Finance from ESADE/ New York University. Ms. Noecker sits on the board for Habitat for Humanity & is a member of the Alliance of Moms. Ms. Noecker splits her time between Los Angeles & Portland with her husband and daughter.
Spencer D. Noecker is the original co-founder and an investor in NBP Capital LLC. Mr. Noecker co-founded the privately held commercial real estate fund and its affiliate, NFN Investments in 2008 with a focus on value-add, opportunistic, long-term investing. Mr. Noecker acted as Managing Member for the fund from 2008-2015 and co-built the portfolio of companies to service NBP Capital. While Mr. Noecker remains invested in NBP Capital, he moved on to new opportunist ventures in 2015. Mr. Noecker continues to consult for NBP Capital and sits on the Board of Advisors.
Mr. Noecker has a passion for building companies- from creating systems, setting protocols, implementing organizational structures to streamlining business operations; Mr. Noecker is energized by seeing things grow from development to stabilization. His leadership translated into substantial financial gains for the fund from 2008-2015 and he maintains oversight as an investor.
Prior to forming NBP Capital, Mr. Noecker specialized in multi-family brokerage with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles & Portland, OR where he was a top investment broker. Mr. Noecker expressed an interest in proprietary investing early in his career and streamlined brokerage contacts into the acquisition of the first multifamily assets and the early inception of NBP Capital.
Mr. Noecker received a B.S. in Economics from University of Oregon. He and his wife are actively involved in Trillium Family Services where his wife sits on the board. Mr. Noecker resides in Portland and enjoys golf, travel, wine and spending time with family.
Philip Hayes joined the NBP Capital LLC executive team as Chief Financial Officer in 2016. As CFO, Mr. Hayes’ primary responsibilities include execution of the company’s comprehensive investment strategy and oversight of the accounting and finance departments. This role includes cash management services, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and risk management for the fund.
Prior to joining NBP Capital, Mr. Hayes spent two years as the Senior Vice President of Accounting at Holland Partner Group. His responsibilities included leading the construction, development, property management and corporate accounting teams. Mr. Hayes spent the first fifteen years of his professional career in public accounting, working for a large international accounting firm as well as a regional firm based in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Hayes has worked with both publicly traded and privately-held companies across a variety of industries where he focused on accounting and business advisory roles.
Mr. Hayes received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Boston College where he graduated cum laude. He holds a CPA license and CFE certification and is a member of the AICPA. In his free time, Mr. Hayes enjoys traveling and living an active lifestyle with his wife and three children.
Ryan Feigelson is the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for NBP Capital LLC. Mr. Feigelson joined the executive team in 2010 and has played an integral role in the growth of the portfolio for the past seven years. Mr. Feigelson helped secure all of the assets, sourcing deals across the multifamily, office, industrial and hospitality sectors in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Feigelson is primarily responsible for overseeing NBP Capitals’ investment and development activities including deal sourcing, market research, underwriting, securing new debt, debt restructuring and transaction execution.
Prior to joining NBP Capital, Mr. Feigelson launched his real estate career at one of the largest real estate firms in Portland. In this position, he gained experience in all aspects of acquisitions and market analysis and was the top performing broker for three consecutive years.
Mr. Feigelson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in both management and finance from Oregon State University. He holds an Oregon Real Estate Principal Broker’s license. In his free time Mr. Feigelson enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, spending time with family and the Portland Trailblazers.
Shaina Greene is the Operations Manager at NBP Capital LLC. She joined the team in 2014 as the Executive Assistant before being promoted in 2015. Ms. Greene manages the organization and communication within the company’s integrated departments, including the adherence to department policies and procedures. Ms. Greene acts as the liaison for lenders, investors, attorneys and directors.
Ms. Greene graduated from the University of Oregon in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a dual focus on marketing and economics. In her free time Ms. Greene enjoys riding her horse and exploring her North Portland neighborhood of St. John’s with her husband.
